To provide a social service for children, youths, elderly and families in need of assistance to cope with a crisis or social problem to help them to move to more effective social functioning through community resources.

Our Executive Director, Chow Choy Yin, was presented the "Outstanding Social Worker Award 2007" by President S R Nathan for her pioneering work in elder protection in Singapore.

Mr Alvin Chua, Centre Director of TRANS SAFE Centre, received the Promising Social Worker Award from President S R Nathan on 8th November 2010.
